DELIVERY & RETURNS
1. DELIVERY TERMS
An extension of delivery times due to festive season is expected. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Quintessence Paris delivers the ordered Products within the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Quintessence Paris reserves the right to dispatch the order upon full payment by the Customer.
Two delivery methods are available:
1. Shipment via Chronopost, La Poste Colissimo Suivi, and UPS for mainland France and overseas territories.
2. Shipment via La Poste Colissimo Suivi: United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, and the rest of the European Union.
The Customer will receive an email notification when the carrier takes charge of the package. A delivery tracking number will be provided, allowing real-time monitoring of the order's progress.
If the Customer cannot physically receive the order on the scheduled delivery day, they can:
1. Schedule a new delivery.
2. Collect the package from a designated pickup point.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right, without stating a reason, to withdraw from their order within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the ordered product(s), as indicated on the carrier's receipt signed by the Customer.
In the case of partial deliveries, the date of delivery of the last item will be considered. If the fourteen (14) day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it extends to the next working day.
A reminder: the right of withdrawal applies solely to consumers and non-professionals.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer must clearly express their intention to withdraw. Please send an email to: contact@quintessence-paris.com, including your order number referencing the need to return one or more products.
Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation email containing all necessary return instructions.
RETURN TERMS
Each Product must be returned in new and well-protected condition with its original packaging. Quintessence Paris will not process any refunds if the Products returned by the Customer do not match the ordered product(s) or have a different origin than the Site.
Return costs are at your expense.

REFUNDING THE ORDER
Quintessence Paris will reimburse the returned products by crediting the original payment method. The refund will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the products.
